Guide of Isil and Friend of the Stars. Tilion was a hunter from the company of Oromë, chosen to guide the vessel of the Moon across the firmament.

El Guardián de la Última Flor
Before the Moon was a vessel in the sky, it was the last fruit of the Silver Tree of Valinor. When the Great Trees were destroyed by Melkor and Ungoliant, Telperion bore one last bloom of silver radiance.
Tilion, who had long cherished the silver gleam of the Elder Tree, begged for the task of guiding this final flower. His love for the light was so great that he was granted the honor of piloting Isil, the silver sheen that would light the darkness of Middle-earth.

Tilion remains the eternal helmsman, a beacon of hope in the darkest of nights. Unlike Arien, the Maia of the Sun who is constant and blinding, Tilion is known for his erratic path, often drawn too close to the Sun in his admiration of its brilliance, causing the phases of the moon and eclipses.

His journey is not a fixed line but a dance across the sky, reflecting his untamed nature.

He works in harmony with the constellations placed by Varda, the Queen of Stars.
